🔄 Exchange Process

Step 1 – Contact Us
Call +92 330 2014862 or email info@dndsnaturesblend.com within 10 days of delivery.

Step 2 – Eligibility Check
Exchange is allowed if:

• Wrong size received
• Product is unused & in original condition
• Product is not damaged by customer

Step 3 – Rider Pickup
We will arrange our rider to collect the product for exchange.

Step 4 – Delivery Charges
A fee of Rs. 350 (pickup + re-delivery) will be applicable.

Step 5 – New Product Delivery
After receiving and inspecting the product, the replacement item will be delivered.

💰 Return / Refund Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

Step 2 – Eligibility Check
Refund is allowed if:

• Product is damaged on arrival
• Wrong product received
• Product is unused & in original condition

Step 3 – Send Product
Ship the product back to our address in original packaging.

Step 4 – Inspection
Returned item will be inspected for approval.

Step 5 – Refund
Refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Rs. 250 delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
